1. Introduction

Apex is developed and maintained by an independent developer (“Spiri2”). This Privacy Policy explains what information Apex collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information. By using Apex, you agree to this policy.

2. Information I Collect

Apex collects only the minimum information needed to provide its features:

• Account Information: Your email, password (securely handled by the authentication system), account creation date, and a unique user ID (PID).
• User-Provided Data: Optional friend code and selected country.
• Automatically Collected Data: Basic performance metrics, crash logs (if enabled in system settings), and general usage patterns.
• Subscription Data: If you subscribe to Apex Premium, payment is handled by Stripe. Apex receives only non-sensitive subscription metadata.

3. How Your Information Is Used

• Authenticate your account and allow access to features.
• Sync optional friend code data.
• Maintain subscription access.
• Debug crashes, improve performance, and develop new features.
• Communicate important notices such as policy updates or security messages.

Apex does NOT sell your data.
