By using Apex, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the app.
2. Use of the App
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, disrupt, or modify the app.
- Circumvent subscription checks or access controls.
- Share your account, PID, or login credentials.
- Use automated tools or scripts to interact with Apex.
- Violate any third-party terms, including game-related terms.
You are responsible for activity performed under your account.
3. Subscription & Payments
Apex Premium is an optional subscription handled exclusively through Stripe.
- Apex never stores full payment card details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
- Subscription features and pricing may change; changes apply at the next billing cycle.
4. Intellectual Property
All designs, UI elements, source code, and features of Apex belong to Spiri2 or licensed third parties. Publicly available data (such as coordinate lists) may be displayed, but the app itself and its content are proprietary.
5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Apex is provided “as is” with no warranties. To the fullest extent allowed by law:
- I am not liable for losses related to misuse, outages, or inaccurate data.
- Data accuracy is not guaranteed.
- Use Apex responsibly and in compliance with local laws.
Apex may become unavailable due to maintenance or third-party outages.
6. Privacy
Your use of Apex is governed by the Apex Privacy Policy. By using the app, you agree to the handling of data as described there.
7. Termination
Access may be terminated if:
- You misuse or attempt to exploit the app.
- You violate these Terms of Use.
- You engage in harmful or unlawful activity.
You may delete your account at any time through the in-app option.

These Terms of Use are governed by United States law and applicable local jurisdictions.

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use after updates signifies acceptance.
